Warm & Safe Wiltshire will be organizing this FREE two session cooking event on 15 September at Springfield Community Campus, Corsham from 10.30am -12pm and from 1pm – 2.30pm. The award winning chef Catherine Maxwell will be there to show you how to cook healthy and affordable meals.

This event will also be able to help you on how to save money on your energy bills. You will also be able to eat the meals you cooked on the event and take home a slow cooker!

Learn to cook healthy and cheap meals for yourself and your family

Let the award winning chef Catherine Maxwell show you how to cook simple, nutritious and tasty food on a budget.

There will be two FREE sessions for 15 people at a time. The sessions will last 90 mins and run from 10:30am-12noon and then 1pm-2:30pm.

You’ll get to eat the meal you cook, and take home a slow cooker worth £20.

These cookery sessions are organised by Warm and Safe Wiltshire.We help people spend less on gas and electricity while making homes warmer and less damp, and reducing cold related illnesses like asthma.

We’ll be able to help you with switching supplier, and saving money on your energy bills. Come and say hello (bring your bills)!
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service will be on hand with fire safety information and demonstrations. At some events they’ll bring a fire engine!
