Trowbridge Arts Festival 2016-SteveHoweEvery year we get to enjoy the Trowbridge Arts Festival and get to meet our favorite artists. From last year’s TAF, we get to meet the amazing Toyah Wilcox and Gigspanner and some more national and local artists.

For this year’s TAF, you might be thrilled for the fact that Steve Howe will be there.  Trowbridge Arts Festival 2016 will be on the 23rd of October 2016 at Civic Centre. Mark your calendars now. You may want to visit TAF’s site to book and or if you have general inquiries on the festival.

Welcome to the 2016 Trowbridge Arts Festival

In the 2015 festival we were pleased to welcome Toyah Wilcox, Gigspanner and a variety of national and local artists to TAF.

Keep your eyes peeled for the full festival programme – we aim to have all confirmed events on the website by the end of August with our brochure out in September.

In 2014 we were thrilled to welcome back old friends as well as new companies and artists including Trowbridge Players and TAOS Musical Theatre joining together for a performance of Oh What A Lovely War, Hazel O’Connor performing her new Breaking Glass Tour, Reform Theatre bringing Bouncers, The Sounding It Out Choir, Raggle Taggle entertaining us in the town centre and loads more.

There are plans for the Teenage Market to be held again in 2016 – keep your eyes open for furhter information.

One of the highlights of 2014 was a week of events at Trowbridge Town Hall including a week long art exhibition beginning on October 16th which included the unveiling of a Portrait of the Baron Of Trowbridge, Francis Baron Seymour and some Big Draw events, there was also All Under One Roof, a day when people can shared any skill or talent they have.
