The Tides at Hudson's Field
The Tides are a Salisbury based band that were performing in the WYAP tent at Hudson's Field on the 11th of July.
The Tides consist of Olli, Keran, Helen, Ben and Ash. We interviewed them and found out that they have been together for about a year and since they formed they have performed all around Salisbury and Southampton, most frequently at the Ale House, Salisbury Arts Centre, Conrans and Music Box.
They write their own music which they said usually starts with Ash and Olli on guitars and just goes on from there, they also featured three covers in their set at Hudson's Field. If you want to check them out they are performing at the Salisbury Hijack event on the 26th of July all day (and it's free!).
Also in the near future they are performing in Weymouth for the Olympic Sailing events as part of a two week festival packed full of live music, The Tides will be playing on the acoustic stage, so if you're nearby definitely go and have a look.
