NCS Mere & Tisbury 2012 - The Team

Mere and Tisbury teamed up and took part in National Citizens Service 2012!

We did a variety of activities such as a residential trip to Wales, the Social Action Project and a trip to Cotswold Water Park.

For fundraising for these trips we went to Asda in Frome to do bag packing and as a group we made £350.40. We did it from 10am to 3pm. In the triathlon we did archery, 45 minutes of running and 50 minutes of swimming and made over £100.00. I also wrote a bid to O2 Think Big and raised £300! On our Social Action week we also went ragwort pulling for a local farmer and earned £100.00.
