Local Music in Salisbury
You wouldn't really guess, but Salisbury is quite good about their local music scene. There are plenty of venues and bars that boost local bands acclaim, Salisbury Arts Center and the Chapel Nightclub in particular. The Chapel also has, on the fourth Thursday of every month - the next is the 23rd of September - a police run event called "Bluez and Zuz". It's basically like the Bronze in Buffy. Salisbury Arts Center holds events like To Write Love On Her Arms and We Heart Arts benefit concerts that erecognise local bands - like City Stereo and Dakota
