Project Inspire - Oxenwood Awards Day

Awards Day - This is an event to award all young people who have attended Project Inspire this summer and gained certificates.  You will get the chance to take part in a number of activities at Oxenwood Outdoor Education Centre, have a BBQ and be presented with your certificates.

This program contains Inspire provision for young people in Wiltshire during the period of May 2012 to September 2012.  Once we have received a completed referral form, Project Inspire Key Workers will meet with each young person and explain what provision is available and how the project works.  All activities will be delivered by qualified staff and all sessions will be risk assessed.  Where required, transport will be provided to and from activities, along with food and equipment.

This activity will be delivered on a targeted basis for young people living in Salisbury or across Salisbury Plain and is open to:

• 16/17 year olds at significant risk of NEET (Not In Education, Employment Or Training) or who are currently NEET
• Children in Care and Care Leavers who are in significant danger of or are NEET
• Young people in year 11 transition and in danger of NEET
• Young people NEET and from vulnerable groups – for example, Learning Difficulties/Disabilities; Teen Parents; Pregnant; Young Offenders, Substance Misuse Issues, In Care or Care Leavers and Young Carers
• Young people aged 16-24 NEET with LDD (learning difficulties or disabilities)
