Bridging Projects provide youth work opportunities for those disabled young people for whom an ‘open youth work’ environment is not appropriate at this point in time.
Lots of varied activities are on offer such as creating websites, making animated films, cooking, group and table games, jewellery making and many more.
Supported by the Youth Work Team of Wiltshire Integrated Youth Service
To access an initial assessment must first be carried out with parents/carer in order for the adequate support to be identified.
